Northern Rock's Bank of England bailout 'should have been secret

Recommended Posts

This is priceless

"Mervyn King, then governor of the Bank of England, said he advised the deal be kept secret to prevent panic."

That right folk...ex-banker things bankers crimes should be hidden and they should be given tax payer support without our knowledge.

Guess what has been going on since 2007 and is possibly going on right now?

Next time it will be. They've already got the new rules in place to allow for secret bailouts and other things.

Criminality of the highest order.

Maybe it happened in 2014 and 2016 and no one has twigged.

A massive unstoppable collapse is not pegged on IMHO.

They wont stop now till everything bar what they've got is worthless.
