Brexit 'could dent' affordable housing plan in Wales

My own personal view on Brexit is similar to Frankie Boyles view on Donald Trump, it is a cry for help from the people "a human flare".

Then you get a story like this and you just know that politicians are just continuing with their underhand self serving politics,  they have learnt nothing, affordable housing has been an issue for a long time now, and Brexit or no Brexit it would have continued to be.

I'm sure the £300 million a week the government saves after leaving the EU, could easily suffice the sob story, more seriously the actual problem will be a decline in the work force, as all the construction workers will be moveing to country's that offer a better return for their efforts. Maybe they will ask those on the dole queue to help build houses.... ?

I have a list of do's and don'ts to maintain my sanity.  Not listening to the BBC is at the top.  Not listening to adverts is second.  Probably could merge the two!
