How about this lovely property, which sat on the market for bloody ages the previous time it was on RM?

# How would you like a property that's nicely surrounded by a humongous wall?

# Like the idea of living in a rural town and being able to view....nothing but stone walls?

# Love the idea of electricity wires overhanging your house?

# How about having a garage with your house that doesn't fit a car?

# How about a nice fake wood burning stove in the living room?

# Impress your friends with a quality £900 MDF kitchen!

# Wine and dine on your very own patio area. 2 m² and with the luxury of permanent darkness (due to aforementioned humongous wall)!

With the lick of paint that its had since its previous appearance in September 2016, it really is worth paying an extra £70,000. No no really it is...this actually got added to RM just SIX months after it was sold!

There isn't a car on the market today that will get anywhere close to fitting in that "garage" (If anyone suggests little tykes I'll get angry :D) so how can it legally be described as a garage?
