Worse, looks like a carpark on top so tom, dick & harry can espy you. Horrid. Front road is busy too. Value IMHO <£220,000.

Nah...wouldn't bother me as I don't want a big back garden anyway.

Oh. That might just be the deal breaker for me. <_<

When I clicked on the advert, the first thing I thought was that the front door and front windows would have to go and replaced by some art deco/crittall style units. More in keeping with the  period of house when first built.

It was handy of them to remind me in picture 6 this is a home.

Do you think anywhere sells big decorative letters that spell out the word 'Investment'. With lots of hearts of course.

Wall could be handy for playing footy against, easy access to 'secure' parking just incase anyone leaves any valuables up there. Take away the stupid BIG LETTERS on the kitchen side and I would t mind that at all.

Just a pity Worthing will be 10m under the English Channel by the time that's worth £300,000.
