Lots of tenanted properties for sale

Recommended Posts

Most of the houses (over half) for sale in South Wales (Cardiff area) appear to be being sold with tenants. Something I've not noticed so much before. Another sign that landlords are panicking and selling up!

Yes, I have noticed this happening my search area of Norwich too. Nowhere near as much as 50%, however - maybe around 5%.

Landlords selling up are wanting to clear the mortgages and are hoping for 'the greater fool' to come along and buy.
