There is a lot of bubble talk and how the biggest bubble market in the world, San Diego (a model for the entire UK), is treating homes as an ATM to buy expensive toys.

The WSJ select entries but I manged to get on there last year for several months predicting what is now being posted. Didn't need much of a prophetic gift as it was obvious what was going to happen just as its obvious what is happening here and for the exact same reasons.

Its odd, I can't read the posts without an American accent going on in my internal monologue. :blink:

But reminds me of this board when it first started and there were lots of bulls here.
