Was just thinking we haven't had a terror attack for a few weeks

What I found most interesting was that they put that hood on him.

I googled it and it is described as a spit mask:

Says it is used to prevent spitting or hide the person's identify, I reckon the German police are mainly interested in the later.

The spike in terror attacks was clearly linked to ramadan so this guy's a bit late. It's kind of like a handful of radical christians going out and slaughtering innocent people every Christmas in the name of their religion... except that doesn't happen.

The British media doesn't seem to be interested in this story.  Inconveniently the attacker appears to be an asylum seeker:

Not just an asylum seeker but, apparentlly from what I read in earlier reports, a failed asylum seeker. But of course no one will ask the next logical question - being if so why was he still there!

EDIT UPDATE: The BBC seemingly answers this....."could not be deported because he had no identification papers"
