Rightmove's traditional customers................

Foxtons

Countrywide

Purple bricks rocketing up today over £5.

Rightmove is starting to look rather like it's stood on the sidelines.

I'm not saying a crash is imminent because I don't think it is in the near term. However, longer term, there will likely come a point when Purple bricks no longer needs to advertise on RM or at least the fees don't justify it.Which means one of two things will happen

1) it cuts out RM

2) RM takes a massive haircut on it's fees.

Even if traditional EA's stay in business in their current numbers-doubtful-then they themselves will be suffering significant margin compression which RM will have to take a share of.

Edit to add:need to learn how to load graphs.
