Sharply slowing house price growth....

London house prices stall as national divide shrinks

How long till the "Sharply slowing house price growth...." turns into "quickly accelerating house price falls".

Some people dont seem to be able to connect the two.

Also, there seems to be a clear disconnect between investors/people moving out of London to buy due to affordability/profits and what will happen when the reverses,

I've said it several times before, there are not the people/salaries to support the prices in the shires that the idiots moving out of London ( or just investing cause it looks cheap ) and they will be in REAL trouble when London collapses.

The strategy is to pump up the North with some HPI 'love'. It's one way to keep the indices +ve.

House prices set to increase up to 7% next year despite Brexit uncertainty and income squeeze

Continued robust growth in large and vibrant regional cities such as Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds is behind the raised expectations

Sorry, but for next 4 months yes please, ramp away in Birmingham!!! I'm selling up soon, flipping great!

Will purchase again next year in time for rising interest rates, expended pockets and total misery.
