Did a viewing today which was supposed to be an open day but i arrived late so when I got there i sat and waited in car and then when i was sure the groups had left, I then went in to view the property by myself. The agent was telling me already they have 3 offers from todays viewings at asking price . The seller wanted 144k for house that needs some work doing and also backs onto a railway line. I thanked the agent and left. Manchester is just getting crazy these days. im seeing 150k for 2 bed terraces!. I remember it going crazy in 2007 then obviously it changed but not much in 2008 and yet the likes of JP Brimelow etc think they can get these stupid prices. The thing is though, around there and Horton Rd etc there's a lot of rentals so hopefully wont be long until the LLs feel the heat.

Wouldn't a serious buyer go and view it normally and over 500K and work up from there ? You'd need to be some kind of m ug to buy a normal house at auction Edited July 25, 2017 by TheCountOfNowhere
