Strakers auction results for June 2017 quote from the horses mouth.....some unsold lots from a smallish auction held in Bath but properties in Wilts:)

June 2017 Auction Results...
As you will see from the results below it was a tougher night than usual at The Bath Racecourse, however looking at the positives there were some fantastic results achieved. I was especially pleased with the block of 8 flats in Pewsey selling at the guide price off £650,000. There is only a small market for this type of property and the auction marketing found a buyer who now owns a tidy little investment.

Viewing levels were far lower than usual and no doubt this was linked to the slightly unsatisfactory result in the election and subsequent uncertainty. I am hopeful that this will soon be out of peoples minds and normal service can be resumed. What Thursday night did show was that if the property is priced right, than there are still many buyers out there.

Quite! Just a long way to go before property will be "priced right".

what does that mean...? is HPI and hysteria normal service?  has he only been in the industry for four years....?  If he has been in the industry for any length of time he will know prices go up and then crash - this is normal service.
