Remember when oil prices were projected to hit $200 a barrel? The amount of one and two bed flats coming on line, it might go the other way.

I reckon with the rise of Corbyn, the Tories are more likely to raise LHA (housing benefit) so it covers rents completely. That way she can say she is helping the "poor" whilst ensuring that the rich keep getting their taxpayer subsidy. The middle classes can just pay more tax and higher rent to cover it can't they.
