Also, to understand the nature of the crash in Germany, please read my press release:

Do not hesitate to pin-down these news during 24 hours.

The Brits should know how all bubbles end: crash.

Kind regards,

refreshing journalism from Les Echos

a correction is healthy for everyone in the market, not just the buyers.

I don't think the French attach the same importance to property as they do to food and wine. :)

Looks like the crash is starting in the most unexpected places? US are down 3 months in a row, Germany has a problem with real estate investment and the UK VIs are getting desparate and are talking the market up--they hope.

2006 looks like the odds on favourite for the big one.

Was over in France a couple of weeks ago on business (Nevers) and was shocked at the low house prices. I spotted a flat for EUR42000 - 5 bed house with swimming pool for EUR 275,000.

Do not, do not, do not buy in the UK yet

Just so that you know - the translation of your press release on the other thread is very bad. I don't know where CTT got it but I think it's some kind of machine-translation. Not a good idea to give it out or post it on the net. Thought you should know.

It was an AstaVista Babel Fish Translation. For those who speak fluent French they are welcome to translate it correctly and I will then delete my post.
