I don't tend to pay much attention to any figures from the Office for National Propaganda Statistics i.e. inflation, national average wage, gdp etc

One last thing, if London definition for Rightmove and land registry is the same, then we are seating on a stock of 48,233 properties or 8 months worth of supplies

I'm tired today and can't make my usual calculations (bad as I'm an analyst!).

Does this mean that there has been a MoM increase of 1.6%?

If I recall these figures lag three months - what month do they reflect and what can we expect for the months going forward?
