It's been sold quite a few times in the past 7 years. Looks like it was 'flipped' in Sept 2012.

It looks (from Street view) like they have divided off land from the side. It used to have two garages to the right of the house. There's every chance this is to be built on.

No 213 and 215 had planning applications to flatten both of them and put 6 houses on the combined plot .  the mug who bought 215 probably thought he would make a killing 

back fired big time.

That's not the same flat - if you look here you'll see that Rightmove has decided that everything in that building is the same flat. From the pictures it's the first floor flat that's for sale and it last sold for £150k in 2000. Presumably the ground floor flat is the one in all the pictures.
