AFAIK this data is based on the initial asking price? I just heard but not sure.


Look at the map in the doc. Interesting how London and the South east is falling, yet the areas bounding it are experiencing the highest price growth. East 8%, South West 4.9%. Me thinks that the londoners with equity have had enough of the SE shitehole and are moving to retire.
