Resi (and Buy to let) market stats between 2007-2012?

Recommended Posts

Hi all.

I'm looking for some statistics about the residential market (total size, average purchase price) before, during and after the recession. Specifically looking for buy to let stats- broken down by region would be especially helpful - but if that isn't available general resi info helpful too.

Can anyone suggest some sources? Aside from the standard indices (Halifax, nationwide) having a hard time finding info about buy to let.

Thanks very much.

make sure you end the powerpoint with a single slide saying "SELL NOW. SELL EVERYTHING." in big red letters. Ideally flashing.

Too subtle. It needs to be even simpler and much more obvious.

how about a Nelson Muntz slide?
