Madman, or terrorist?

You've got to be mad to kill people in the name of a sky fairy.

From the Guardian story:

Towolawi said she saw a man with blood coming from a head injury and another uninjured man, both car washers, chasing a well-dressed black man down the road.

So if he is well dressed highly unlikely to be a muslim attacker.  Could well be someone driving home after an all nighter.
