Kite Flyers Beat A Retreat?

Recommended Posts

Been looking around on Wrongmove at some of the areas I've kept an eye on over the last few months.

It seems that quit a few of the flats that were well overpriced have disappeared from being marketed.

They don't seem to have sold but have been withdrawn from market.

I suspect this could be quite a good indicator of the fact that it is slowly starting to sink in that you can't just name a price, sell and sit in your bath counting your money like Scrooge McDuck.

Yeah, I notice the same - a load of kite flyers in the first couple of weeks of this year - possibly EAs just fishing for a few mugs and seeing if anyone bites. It's back to normal now, though.
