Something wrong there.    EA's Mini in the driveway.  No other signs of a pulse.   Could be an "off plan" investment gone badly wrong.  Or a fully furnished BTL interest only armageddon.

Nah, looks lived in to me - they've just gone a bit overboard with decluttering in some of the rooms.

It last sold for £270k in 2008: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/detailMatching.html?prop=6115614&sale=25388658&country=england

Going by previous sales in the area and unless prices have gone up massively there in the last year my guess is it's worth £300k max.

I just can't get the Queen song out of head "Tie your mother down."   Changed to "Chase the market down"     Which many many people will be doing over the next few months- may lead to panic dumping towards the end of the summer.

I was thinking much the same regarding value (admittedly with next to zero knowledge of the area).

IMO it looks like your typical idiot-honeypot tbh - ticks lots of boxes on paper (detached, garages, garden, three bedroom) but in reality it's a pretty grotty, featureless, cheaply-built, generic box that looks suprisingly cramped with about 2/3rds the floor space I'd expect for the asking price.

Will be interesting to keep an eye on this one.. my money's on it going eventually for ballpark £300k.

Corrected for sanity.
