MrPin's Sunday breakfast

Recommended Posts

MrPin's Sunday exotic breakfast was ruined by expensive sausages that claimed to be 97% pork. Since I am only about 3% Jewish, I thought that would be OK. 50% water more like. M&S are the worst Jews ever.:o

These ones?

Can't post the link but in the black tray with card sleeve with nutmeg and stuff.

I've cut out all red meat so don't eat them anymore but I always found them really good. You need to thoroughly cremate them in the oven to the point the skin's crispy as they don't fry well at all.

The sad thing is we have a smashing local butcher, that makes his own sausages, and they are good, and you can buy just two, if that is all you need. And they don't spit out water when fried. Obviously I wear a false beard when I come out of the synagog. Who doesn't?

I seem to recall Sainsbury's taste the difference ultimate chipolata were a reliable supermarket banger. Oddly none of the thick ones or the Cumberland chipolata version just that one.
