Ah, wasn't sure what you referring to.

The rich are using mob rule to exploit everyone else at gunpoint today.

Every time a government has become stronger, e.g. USSR, PRC, DPRK, etc etc etc, they have used it to concentrate more power and wealth to fewer people.
