Previous apprentice winners are sucessful as they bought houses

Recommended Posts

That's what the release sounds like - http://www.amshold.com/social_media/apprentice_opportunity.html

Even with my poor grammar that doesn't look very well written. These BBC shows when ever they do recaps about people they report that signing up to a lifetime of debt is some kind of achievement. These "businesses" arent doing that well with all the free publicity they've had. The SEO guy is just a salesman that gets other people to do SEO (outsources the primary business always sounds like a con) and this years winner was some bake in parents kitchen cupcake seller.

Blokes who took jobs in London 5 years ago and bought a house does well.

Let them buy a house this year.

One year it should be financial disaster, 10 years and I'm still waiting for that year

I'm pretty sure even Sr'Alan Sugar made most of his current fortune from property. His 'businesses' were mostly badly run rubbish.

Indeed it appears his profits came from property by and large over the last decade. In his positionĀ I would have sold the lot ten years ago before the downturn, he didn't and has made money. May not have worked outside London, but hey he was in the right place at the right time.

I don't think anyone should be looking to him for business advice. Trump has proved all you need to do is just have a ton of money, buy property = win.
