What;s notable is that they raised the price again ( the boom is back ) last year but have had to drop again ( the collapse is back )

I physically shuddered at #21, although maybe that's because I immediately associated that green marble pattern with the verruca sluice pool at the school swimming baths.  It certainly does not belong in a kitchen.
