TheCountOfNowhere
It's happening: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-64083293.html A property containing 11 individual apartments varying between one and two bedrooms, most of which are currently let. This is an excellent investment opportunity for any interested, we understand from the current vendor that the five 2 bedroom apartments are let at £550pcm and the six 1 bedroom apartments are let at £500pcm. AndyFTB
There are several in Norwich, and if you check Property Bee some are being reduced and still not shifting... http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-58267691.html http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-58064813.html http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-58064057.html These are just the obvious ones, there is a lot more still to come onto the market. In addition to glorified HMOs like that there is also a lot of single flats in the Riverside area starting to come on and rapidly reducing in price as nobody is "snapping them up" in order to let them out anymore. It really has begun...

Didnt they think to look at what the people paid for it in 2001 and offer that ? Has it been up for rent? Doesnt look like it. 999house
Been looking around Berkshire this week for a rental. 80% crap on the market that nobody would dream of living in and there is pages after pages of it on rightmove. Then the good 20% of which 1 in 4 or 1 in 5 is voids. With most of the landlords Ive contacted sounding pretty desperate and pushy, giving me the hard sell. Looking good.
