Swansea landlord bemoans rowdy tenants and says regulation is hurting the rental sector

A FED-UP landlord is thinking of calling it a day, blaming rowdy tenants, more regulation and falling income.

Howard Phillips said he and his daughter have spent thousands of pounds dealing with a tenant who, he claimed, was responsible for smashed windows and doors, a damaged fire alarm, and holes in the wall and even blood smears.

And I suppose when given the choice this 'Respectable member of society' chose to up his rental prices, lost a good tenant and got his just desserts?
