Phillip made a similar error in political correctness awhile back calling the Chinese "slanty eyed" or something to that effect. Next thing we will find someone insulting the Hawaiins with something like "shiny black haired people."

I think you're mistaking it for an organisation that is accountable. Any boss that continually missed three profit warnings in a row would also be sacked, but I don't see Brown going anywhere soon?

But in saying that, the MD of our company has sent our buying prices to customers on no less than 3 occasions in two and a half years. If I did that, what would happen?
