Celebrity Death Sweepstake 2017

Recommended Posts

After 2016, surely there are no celebs left to die? Well actually there are a few, mostly the nonentity type as well as most of our guesses from previous years.

So fill yer boots: pick one Senior 75 or over on Jan 1st and one junior, under 75.

Usual rules:

1) Each can only be picked once

2) DON'T kill them yourself *

3) Must actually be famous, other than simply for being old.

4) Place your entries before 00:00 Jan 1st 2017

5) If your celeb dies before then you can pick a replacement but the same deadline applies

Prizes are once again sponsored by Fubra, so will be a pile of sh##e.

* Oh go on then.

As is traditional, I'll leave the obvious choices to everyone else.

Junior - Kellyanne Conway

Senior - the very concept of this series of threads

Bill Wyman senior.  Wanted to put Keith Richards, but apparently contrary to the visual evidence, he is alas only 73

donald Trump junior.  Someone is bound to at least attempt to bump him off

She's "only" 69 and the seniors have to be over 75.

No pudding for you tonight.

To be fair to cronyx, an easy mistake to make

oops what happened to the pic of Hilary I embedded?  Fecking new forum software strikes again.  Anyhoo, we have all seen the pics of her in the blue suit after the election

Senior: Buzz Aldrin (2nd man on the moon). 86 years old, living life to the full. Balls to sitting in a retirement home that smells of pee; he's just had to be med-evaced from... the South Pole, where he's gone on a tourist trip. Like his style, but he can't keep it up for ever!

Junior: Bradley (Chelsea) Manning. Leaked lots of embarrassing US government emails, so will probably - and stupidly - decide to blow-dry his (her) hair while in the bath. After ingesting 20 paracetamol. And having a silly accident while cleaning out his (her) handgun at the same time.

Junior: Freddie Starr (73)

Senior: Des O'Connor (84)

I was going for Freddie Starr for my senior choice given how the last few years have taken their toll, then I checked and he's too young so I put him as my junior choice.

Des O'Connor because he's one of those people who can't remember if their dead already so it can't be long.

The linking of her name and 'that' number has made me feel somewhat nauseous.

Can't believe the cut backs on the number of catagories for 2017. We could pick 3 this year. I blame Brexit.

Senior - Bridget Bardot

Junior - Cheryl Cole

There is always one or two who jump the gun.

Jeffrey Archer?

Norman Bettison

I am just hopeful that there may be some justice and have chosen the 2 most detestable individuals I could.
