HA/New build Auctions???

I suppose the vendor had the option of buying the lease in it's entirety. If the freeholder is a HA then they could have bought back the lease. Quite intrigued myself as to why it's going to auction.

Sold in the auction on 30 November 2016 for £335k

I can't find a previous sale price for 2 Ebbett Court.
