Evidence of an impending crash - I rest my case m'lud

FFS - I know there are hundreds of properties that are illustrations of how ridiculously detached from historic norms the London market has become.. BUT - for me this shocked me to the core!

This is the sort of hellish dump in London now available for a couple with or planning to have a kid or two and after having saved like a slave for the deposit...

Looks like a landlord selling up and hoping to cash in.

Ditto, with bells on.

You can nearly always tell - not exactly Homes and Gardens and nobody's bothered to make it look nice for the photos.  Why on earth would they?

Even if the tenants have moved out you can still usually tell - anything like those dirt cheap Ikea wardrobes are a dead giveaway.

These two boats are on for double or triple what they are worth and the moorings are £8000/9000 a year.

It can only end in tears.Ten years down the road you've paid out over £200,000, get chucked off the mooring and you are left with a boat worth maybe £35000.

reminds me of my student days

the only difference being the 3 bed victorian terraced s*it hole i lived in the north east would have fetched a lofty £20,000 on the open market

how times have changed!
