Heh heh! That's still vi spin. When you have eventually saved the deposit after 121 years, house prices (now £457,785) will have gone up to £78,315,909,635  (10% a year)

Alternatively just arrive from abroad with lots of kids you cannot support and you will quite likely be able to live rent free in London for the rest of your life.

Seems to work for plenty given London's spiralling population.
