Campaign Requiring Affordable Property

Recommended Posts

This site is good at reporting but very poor in taking action (with a few notable exceptions!). A simple way to take action is to spread information to counter the spin.

So what can YOU do?

Do this for starters:

1. Search Google for discussion forums local to your area. Raise the topic of house prices. Enter a reasoned debate. Convince people that property is overpriced and point out the problems with the UK economy. I've done it here:

Horsham Discussion Forum

2. Find the website of your local paper. Write to the editor/discussion boards. Provoke a debate on house prices. For Example:Horsham Newspaper

Do it now. It is easy!!

The best thing you can do is go into an EA and be open and honest.

I have been into EA and have been open that I am looking for property...but not at that price.

I look at certain properties and say..no I wouldn't pay that price for that house. I will come back next year when prices have dropped a little.

It is perfectly open and honest and gets the point across.....there are buyers out there...you could be seeling that house.....you could be earning commission....but not when houses are over priced.
