Serve smaller portions government tells restaurants.

The campaign can be based around a film showing a series of healthy people looking satiated pushing an unfinished plate away, then cut to some fat pigs engorging themselves at a trough.

They are sort of trying that.The next phase, if they are smart, will be to make Mcdonalds/kebab/KFC after a pub such a horribly grim choice, and replace it with fast food pasta/chilli restaurants.

after that,with a bit of advertising alchemy, they can probably try glorified soup kitchens....ie west country celery and leek broth with ciabatta.
