Interesting viewing. Keep us updated what you find.

Will do.  There has definitely been a marked change.

I saw 2 or 3 over priced properties re-listed by an agent in Northants at, i'm sure, a lower price.  Which I thought was now illegal.

The prices are still abour 40% higher than the local wages can support.

Crazy price to start with tho, still, nice to see a BIG drop or two happening.

I want to see a place at 500k, with a 250k drop.

Everything at over million is kite flyers hoping for a london seller who has sold up and moving.

I suspect that place was really worth 500k to the local community a few year back?

Exactly, that house is still priced £400K more than any in its postcode have ever sold for.

Start seeing prices in Southern England marketed for similar amounts to 2013 pre HTB  prices would start getting me excited about a crash. This is just changing prices from one deluded figure to another.

Break one link in a chain and the entire chain is no longer fit for its purpose.
