Is it 20m 2 but some of it you can use as two rooms by lifting up a table?

Maybe we can do the same for the whole planet and live in underground caves keeping the forests and the meadows for the animals! Worked in the matrix! :P

Can't wait for someone to invent a truly space-time warping device like the Tardis! Then we can all live in Bender (Futurama) like apartment blocks!

40 square metres is 6.4 metres a side. That's a good size for one room, not so much for a whole house.

They look like something that would be OK if you're somewhere maybe once or twice a week at the most (i.e. when people would usually use a hotel, but I suppose having a private hotel room might appeal more if it's regular). As a home though...
