Us Teens Swap Xes For Food. Go Recovery!

Recommended Posts

We live in an age where food has never been cheaper, more available, and never more densely calorific. This has manifested itself in the form of an obesity epidemic, particularly in the US.

Something is not quite right with this article. By "food", do they mean going on dates and the guy buys dinner at a restaurant, or sex for a packet of calorie-rich digestive biscuits? If the latter, will we be learning about the US's problem of emaciated children who lack the daily calorie levels required to maintain a healthy weight?

Independent discovers prostitution. Hold the front page!

Mostly a report about a study, without giving much quantitative information from the study, interviewing hardly anyone involved in the activity.

It is a prime example of how mainstream newspaper journalism has gone downhill.

What a lazy, uninformative, insubstantial article.

Don't confuse 'food' with nutrition.

Ill repeat - its the Independent. The kid jourbnos just make stories up. Seriously. Its like the world weekly news.

I feel a special hatred for the independent. It's clickbait with a sheen of smug superiority. Makes me puke.
