I think most councils would reject them too, as the kitchen in in the lounge and many councils insist on a seperate kitchen. So the better flats will need to be reserved for the benefit tenants while the BTL LL, private buyers and renters can have the dross with the lounge-kitchens.

£1M to live in a block of flats that a council resident might have turned their nose up at 40 years ago.

Notice that they haven't included the square footage on the floor plan either. Luckily it's fairly rectangular so I was able to estimate it from the room sizes - I make it slightly less than 60m2
