Spread

Recommended Posts

Forgive me if this has already been posted but why on earth have they given a spread like this . Do they really expect someone to offer the higher price???

http://www.wardandpartners.co.uk/

PRICE RANGE £210,000 - £240,000. SOMETHING A BIT DIFFERENT! Individually built, three bedroomed detached bungalow, favoured residential position, 22ft lounge/diner, refitted kitchen and bathroom, detached garage, completely renovated throughout, suit a young family or retirement.

PRICE RANGE £225,000 - £250,000. Wow!! We think this is a good word to describe this property! Firstly, because it offers, in our opinion, fantastic sized living accommodation for the money offered.

I have picked out 2 but there are loads on this website . There was one in the local newspaper 265k-299k . I wonder how they justify it with the seller . Is this an easier way than saying reduced????
