Ouch, Sipps’ Ghost!

Came across this book - "Retire Rich with a Property Pension" by Nick Braun PhD.

"In this brand new book you will read about the most important development in the world of property investment since the invention of the buy-to-let mortgage.

Shortly you will be able to invest in residential property through your very own property pension fund. Along with other important tax changes, this means you will be able to:

- Buy property at a 40% discount.

- Never pay capital gains tax or income tax on your property profits again.

- Cut the income tax on your ENTIRE salary or business profits to zero."

If I am not mistaken, these plans on SIPPs are long abolished but the book still sells for £23.70. Funny
