Personal Leverage At Bank Of England Base Rate

Recommended Posts

Just realised that if I could personally borrow from the B of E at their base rate I could leverage my take home income to an eye popping 13440000.

Now that puts the whole thing into perspective for me.

Take home divided by 0.0025 - i.e. the interest only payment at 0.25%

You can't.

One if its mortgage then salary multiple apply. And they remove any existing debt repayments.
