Why Have They Done This?

Recommended Posts

I've been watching the house along the road from me go from £195 to £187 in the last 4 months (vacant Posession), then 2 weeks ago the house disappeard from rightmove & the local estate agents websites (With no sold SSTC), with the for sale sign is still there at the house.

EA's are generally pretty quick at putting up a Sold sign, so the only thing I can think is, the've deliberatly taken the property of 'the radar' for a few weeks (so as for it not to appear unsellable) for it to reappear sometime in the future.

If this is the case do you think it will reappear at a new lower price or higher price, trying to suck someone into the 'spring bounce'? opinions

oh yeah its not up for let either
