New Ha Homes Being Built Everywhere!

Recommended Posts

One thing I have noticed is that there are Housing Assosication homes being built all over London. Examples, Near where I live in Edmonton there is a pub which has been demolished to make way for flats. There is also a large block of flats popping up in the middle of a large council estate. In Whitechapel where I work there are five sites in one square mile alone. Problem is that these areas are overcrowded as it is. There are two issues here:

1. Why is already crowded inner cities having to cater for the extra housing? Why does everyone have to make a big deal about the green belt?

2. Do you think this will affect landlords as the local authorities will no longer rent from them due to the new homes
