Watchiong Locally As Prices Fall

Asking prices anyway. Some geezer put his on in Nov I think( its empty so he's done it up for profit - no price shown on nethouseprices for he's bought it for less than 60k) and asked originally £135k for it. Reduced it to £130 then 125 now its Substantially reduced £ 119,950

He has made some classic mistakes such as not doing anything with the back garden and doing a tiny bit to the front right at the end so it look really rubbishy outside.
