I know one woman who did, this time last year. Desperate to complete on a house over looking our famous golf course (Royal Liver) she got in touch with these BMV folk and sold them her heap of junk for 230K.

They have been trying to get out if it for 9 months now.

I looked at it recently as we need somewhere bigger, before it went to agent, they would have accepted what they paid for it, I`m not interested as it needs 80K spending on it to make it worth my while. BMV specialists? Mugged well and truly :D

Got me thinking as to how desperate would you need to be to practically give your property away? I just cannot see droves of people frantically phoning 0800 numbers to get out of their house before repossession looms. Repossession figures are a drop in the ocean in comparison to the last crash. Most would not wait until they were 6 month in arrears for them to wake up and smell the coffee. Most lenders do not want to repossess. As for court action, plenty of evidence that judges at C. court give vendors time to sell if enough equity in the property.

Evidence, why are they not preying on the expatsforum? Why do so many of them not have a clue on S.Pig? Why? Because as a phenonema it does not exist and no amount of smug/ hint hint/tapping nose nonsense evidence, from the deluded and criminally insane, should convince you it is happening...it isn`t B)
