Here's a pretty impressive post from the Motley Fool site on market statistics and analysis. It's got a link to the poster's own spreadsheet with a wealth of data in it.


Fantastic if you like to play around with figures and graphs.

Bump...this link is well worth bumping up the food chain :rolleyes:

Good find Fiddlesticks - that link looks excellent.

IMO his criticism of housepricecrash is also fair.

Definitely going to keep an eye on that forum from now on.
