Advertised As Buyer Willing To Take Loss

Recommended Posts

33 Crossland Road, Bestwood, Nottingham, NG5 5UP

It did sell, do not know how much for. Will keep on eye on houseprices.co.uk for update.

Damn, if that isn't the funniest thing I've seen for a while!!! The fact that they are planning to sell at a loss is probably to be expected.

What made me laugh was the agent describing it as an "Investment Opportunity".

"The last owners lost money on this house, now you can invest £150k and lose some money as well. A fine opportunity for people with too much cash".

Xil.

Worth posting this quote from the site

The property was purchased for £157,995 only 4 months ago and the vendors are willing to take a loss in return for a very quick sale. Call 0845 331 2005 today for an immediate viewing!

I'm amazed there are still people out there who don't think this crash is well and truly under way.
