FTB's down to around 7%..

Sipps, well that never happened.

BTL, mortgage lenders are leaving the party.

So this time, is it working any better then it has before.??

The whole market will consist of 200 people playing pass the parcel with existing properties each year, any expotential trend is unsustainable, it ultimately results in destruction of liquidity and then the market itself. That's why everything corrects.
