People in debt up to their necks blah blah blah, House prices about to crash by 60% blah blah blah, look at the graphs blah blah blah, interest rates to rise blah blah bla, house sales falling blah blah blah, consumer spending down blah blah blah.

The same old message in 2006 that has been peddled out in 2004 and 2005 on HPC. Mre repeats here than on BBC and guess what, House prices still going UP UP UP.

Its because some people are too stupid to figure it out.

It needs to be repeated and repeated over and over.

I wouldn't dream of trolling a serious thread but this is in the trolls section so here goes.

What I find is that house prices are related inversely to the number of special offer reductions on multiple six-packs of catfood. Meeooowww!
