House price crash? Surely not...... razz.gif

It was marketed at £325k according to the link - or was it subsewuently reduced?? I've got a friend in Bath and she is desparate to buy. I keep telling her to hold on, but I'm having a job convincing her.

Yes, we received a couple of notifications from the Estate Agent while it was on the market. The last time we were contacted they told us they were looking for £325,000.

The land registry figures show that the owners finally sold for £301,000:

Quite a drop! Unfortunately the pictures don't show the main road on the front of the house.

Xil.
