Hmmm....I don't know which to click. On the one hand I think that most sensible investors have left the building, and most ftbs are priced out. On the other hand I suspect credit is still very easy to come by. Whilst I think the recession has long already started, I don't think it's really got going yet.

credit is still incredibly easy,they are all tripping over themselves to get customers....tha't what happens at the beginning of a crunch.....the real shocker,as Dr Bubb pointed out,comes later when the banks realise that their revenue streams are no longer growing through increased custom....so they take steps to get more revenue from their existing base.
